1.1 What is Lombok Building Solutions (LBS)?

Lombok Building Solutions (LBS) is part of the Building Solutions network, created to help customers source construction materials for projects in Lombok and surrounding areas. Building Solutions started in Bali through Bali Building Solutions (BBS), which supplies a wide range of construction materials. LBS now extends this supply network to customers working on construction and renovation projects in Lombok.

1.2 Where do the materials come from?

Materials are primarily sourced through our Bali supply network, including products available through Bali Building Solutions (BBS). You can browse the BBS website to explore available construction materials and product options. LBS will then prepare the quotation, arrange the order, and organize delivery to Lombok.

1.3 Can I order products that are not listed on the BBS website?

Yes. If you cannot find the material you are looking for, simply let us know what you need. You can send us a product name, specification, photo, material list, or Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and LBS will help source the materials for your project.

2.1 How do I place an order?

You can browse the BBS website to find the materials you need and use the products as a reference. Once you have identified the materials, contact LBS with your requirements. We will check the products, prepare a quotation, and organize the supply and delivery to Lombok.

2.2 Are the material prices the same as on the BBS website?

Our material prices follow the prices listed on the Bali Building Solutions website. Delivery costs and LBS handling fees are calculated separately.

2.3 Is there a minimum order?

No. There is currently no minimum order requirement. However, for smaller orders, delivery costs may represent a larger proportion of the total order value. We will provide an estimated delivery cost so you can evaluate the most suitable option.

2.4 What fees do I need to pay?

Your quotation may include:

• Material cost
• LBS handling fee
• Delivery or logistics cost, if you use our recommended logistics service
• Any additional delivery charges required by the logistics provider, such as difficult-access or special handling charges

The exact cost will be confirmed in your quotation before payment.

3.1 How does delivery from Bali to Lombok work?

Once your order and payment have been confirmed, LBS will prepare and organise the materials for delivery. We can arrange delivery through our logistics partners, or you may use your own preferred logistics company if you already have a shipping arrangement in Lombok.

3.2 Which logistics companies do you use?

We commonly work with logistics providers such as Ginta Cargo and Gotra. Ginta Cargo is generally faster but may have a higher shipping cost, while Gotra is generally more economical but may take longer. These are examples of logistics options, not mandatory carriers. You are also welcome to use your own logistics provider.

3.3 Can I choose my own logistics company?

Yes. If you already have a preferred or contracted logistics provider, you are welcome to use them. Simply provide us with the logistics details, and LBS will coordinate the preparation and handover of the goods accordingly.

3.4 How much does delivery to Lombok cost?

As a general guide, our current estimated delivery rates from Bali to Lombok are:

• Gotra: starting from IDR 1,400/kg
• Ginta Cargo: approximately IDR 2,500–6,500/kg

These rates are estimates only and are not fixed shipping rates. The final delivery cost depends on several factors, including:

• Order quantity and total weight/volume
• Product type
• Destination
• Delivery method
• Selected logistics provider
• Accessibility of the delivery location

LBS can provide an estimated delivery range to help you plan your project budget. LBS does not add any markup to the delivery cost. The delivery charge is based on the actual cost quoted by the selected logistics provider. A separate handling fee is charged by LBS for coordinating and preparing your order, including sourcing the required materials, organising the products, and preparing them for shipment.

In short:

• Material cost → based on the BBS listed price
• Delivery cost → based on the actual charge from your selected logistics provider, with no markup from LBS
• LBS handling fee → charged separately for organising and preparing your order

3.5 How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on product availability, order quantity, preparation time, and the logistics provider selected. As a general guide, transit from Bali to Lombok may take:

• Gotra: approximately 5–7 days,
• Ginta Cargo: approximately 2–3 days,

depending on the carrier and destination. For products that are not immediately available and need to be ordered from suppliers, additional preparation or procurement time may be required. The estimated lead time will be communicated with your quotation.

3.6 Can you deliver to any location in Lombok?

Yes. LBS can arrange delivery throughout Lombok. Delivery can be arranged according to your preferred destination and delivery method, subject to the accessibility and service coverage of the selected logistics provider.

3.7 Can I collect the materials from the logistics warehouse in Lombok?

Yes. If you prefer to collect your order directly from the logistics warehouse in Lombok, we can arrange the shipment to the relevant logistics point.

3.8 Can you deliver directly to my project site?

Yes. Door-to-door delivery can be arranged where available. However, additional charges may apply if the project location is difficult to access, requires special handling, or requires additional transportation. Any such additional charges are generally determined by the logistics provider.

4.1 Will all my materials be delivered together?

Normally, we will arrange for the materials to be shipped together whenever possible. However, if you require separate deliveries, this can also be arranged. Additional delivery costs may apply depending on the shipment arrangement.

4.2 Can I request a specific delivery schedule?

We will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery schedule. However, the actual delivery schedule depends on product availability, order preparation, the selected logistics provider, and transportation conditions.

4.3 When will my order be prepared?

Orders are prepared after the quotation has been confirmed and full payment has been received. Once payment is confirmed, LBS will proceed with product preparation and coordinate the delivery arrangement.

4.4 Do I need to pay before the materials are shipped?

Yes. Full payment is required before LBS begins preparing the order for shipment. The order will be prepared and released for delivery after payment has been confirmed.

5.1 What happens if there is a problem with my order?

If an issue occurs due to an error on the part of LBS, LBS will take responsibility and work to resolve the issue. If the issue is caused by the logistics provider during transportation, LBS will assist you in coordinating with the logistics provider to address the issue and, where applicable, support the claim or resolution process.

5.2 What if my materials are damaged during transportation?

If the damage occurs during transportation and is determined to be the responsibility of the logistics provider, LBS will assist in coordinating with the logistics company. The resolution will depend on the logistics provider's terms, conditions, and applicable claims process.

6.1 I have a material list for my project. Can LBS help?

Absolutely. You do not need to search for every product individually. You can send us your material list, BOQ, product specifications, photos, or project requirements, and our team can help identify and source the materials available through our supply network.

6.2 I am not sure what material I need. Can you help?
