Dulux Weathershield Cat Dasar is an exterior primer / base coat for masonry surfaces, designed to improve paint adhesion and create a uniform base for finishing coats. It helps reduce surface porosity and uneven absorption on substrates such as plaster, concrete, brickwork, and fiber cement.
Used as part of the Dulux Weathershield system, it supports consistent colour, better coverage, and longer-lasting exterior paint performance in tropical and exposed conditions.
